Have been working with Argington for 1.5 years to replace a defective part on the matching dresser. Was advised part was ordered and will be shipped in a few months. A few months later, the part was not shipped and the person who promised the part left the company. The process started over and they eventually found the email communication for the promised part. However, it has now been over a year and this is the response I get when asking if upper management can resolve the issue "I don't want to promise anything to you, alright. I have forwarded you no. to him but I cannot assure you that he will really contact you. I will see what I can do regarding the discount but I won't promise that he will be giving it. I understand that the entire experience on the replacement has been frustrating if only I can make all the decisions by myself I would have taken care of it already, however, all decisions should come from him. I will let you know if I will be able to get something from him regarding this matter.Thank you, " I am sure when they were a small mom and pop shop this product was great, but they have lost all quality and customer service in their company.

Agree with the previous comments about this company. Furniture is nice, but when there are problems, customer service is EXTREMELY unreliable.
They dont provide customer service over the phone (the provided phone number just has a message that tells you to email them or leave a message, but the vm has been full for weeks!), then when i did email them, they were very slow to respond and not particularly helpful.
I usually never write reviews but felt dissapointed enough in how much $$$ i spent on their furniture and how poor the customer service was that i wanted to warn anyone considering buying their products.

My sister has one of these that she bought a few years back, that seemed to be very high quality. We got ours a few days ago and this is what we found:
- The box it came in was all beat up, it had holes in it, scuffs, and was practically falling apart.
- The item itself was damaged very visibly on one corner.
- The item seemed to be rather poor quality, similar to what you might buy for $100 at Ikea.
- The hardware kit for assembly was missing the allen wrench needed to attach the feet to the dresser.
We're returning it for a refund. Of course, getting it back into the box was a giant hassle.
