We bought the Bam six drawer because the design is really nice. The first one, all the drawers were opening on their own and as I was nursing my newborn, I found it dangerous as I was bumping into them in the card. We returned it pretty quickly. It was a huge hassle right after coming home with a new born. Second Bam dresser replacing the first one has same issue with top drawer and already in 2 months we can see other drawers are coming loose. This time we decided to call Arginton to see if they could help. Useless. They sent us instructions to remove the drawer. We kept writing back - there is no number for customer service - explaining the problem but didn't get a reasonable response. Customer service is impossible. In the end, we contacted amazon again for a return. Such a shame, it looks good but finish is bad. The paint is unevenly applied on the legs or places you can't see. The drawers to not shut properly. Would not recommend it. For the price you can get better elsewhere.

We looked at a lot of dressers and finally settled on this one - especially since it received such great reviews. Unfortunately when we received the dresser we quickly realized that the quality of the dresser did not match the high price tag. The exterior coating of paint on the dresser was noticeably and visibly scratched in two places. Also - upon opening the drawers we noticed that the paint job inside the drawers is inconsistent and in the corners looks raw and very tacky. Perhaps it is a fluke that our dresser came this way, but based on the poor quality of the finish - I would NOT recommend spending the extra money on this dresser.

My satisfaction with the product is only surpassed by the satisfaction with the transaction itself. Having come across the Argington line through a local distributor, I made arrangements to purchase through them.
After service that could only be labelled as poor (changing dates of delivery, charging for products not on hand, etc.), I opted to cancel the order and go through Amazon.
The best part is, that upon canceling the aforementioned order (after getting an estimated delivery date of December for the bookcase), the salesperson sarcastically wished me luck on getting the items.
After canceling the order on a Thursday, all items (bookcase, doors, bam bam crib, dresser) were ordered through Amazon. By the following Wednesday ALL orders were delivered...
