I ordered this Nursery set on-line at Amazon.com as a gift for my brother for his newborn baby girl. The product arrived indeed on a timely manner, but all three parts of this set have had multiple dents which were then painted over in order to hide the damages + the Drawer's back cover was missing. It took my brother long hours & few days to assemble all pieces of the product.
He did not tell me anything about the dents, the missing part until two weeks after the set was semi-assembled, because he did not want to hurt my feelings.
I was furious, got mad & was very disappointed. I paid over $ 650.00 for a set of nursery furniture which were not only damaged, but someone even tried to hide it by painting over the damaged areas & plus one piece was missing.
The fact that I had to argue with my brother about dissembling the whole set & send it back, But he invested simply too much time to assemble it & he was simply not willing to take his newborn baby out of the room & re-do everything over again!! It was simply too much to handle for him. Since he was unwilling to undo all his time consuming labor to assemble the defective product & he was simply not willing to return the nursery set.
I informed the Seller about the dents & missing part. I asked for a partial refund. They simply refused to do that. They instead want to ship me parts to repair the set. I paid a full price for a Nursery set & It took my brother long hours to put it together?? And now the seller wants me to dissemble the product & rebuild them from over again!
I find the seller's denial to provide me with at least a partial refund, very unreasonable & unfair approach
