This product is shoddy to say the least. It's the only thing I've ever bought that wasn't worth the time and effort to even put together. The screws don't line up with the holes, there are no pre-drilled holes in the wooden dowel rods and the cloth material of the cart is of extremely poor quality-paper-like. There was also ink on the material that smeared when touched. After an hour of fighting this thing during assembly I chucked it all. Actual carpenter skills and tools should not be required to assemble something like this.
I've never seen such a poor quality product. I would rate it at less than a star if possible.

Well, my wife saw this at the store and thought that it would be a great thing for us to get. I'm guessing that she didn't look at any ratings on the internet before buying. This is such a piece of junk! It took the both of us over 30 minutes to put it together and at first it wasn't even put together correctly and we had to start all over. The directions are worthless and none of the parts fit together correctly. We had 4 screws that would not fit onto this cart because the manufacturer drilled holes several millimeters off from where they should have. The cart is SUPER wobbly now (it would still have been had all the screws fit) and the cart will not ever stand up straight. The cart always has a lean to it. Some of the fabric was dirty when we got this and the fabric is ripping in several places. I would take this right back but I'm too lazy since I spent 30 minutes to an hour putting this piece of junk together. If we were not putting this in our daughter's closet I'd seriously be afraid that this would fall over and smother her. DO NOT BUY!

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews. Yes, this cart is not the best quality but what did you expect for such a low price? I saw this at another store and got it because I need extra storage but didn't want to spend too much money. I put it together in about an hour, while 32 weeks pregnant. True, some of the screw holes were too small but lucky for me my husband is very handy and strong so he was able to force the screws into the metal. For those who don't have someone to help, I would recommend a power drill although I put it together using a ratchet screwdriver. It's a bit wobbly but I believe the box stated that the weight limit was 25 lbs. You shouldn't be storing anything heavy on this cart. Right now I have nothing but baby clothes stacked into all of the cubby holes, but once we purchase a dresser for her this will become extra storage for things like blankets, burp cloths etc. None of the fabric was stained or ripped, and I would hardly call it "paper" as stated in another review. I agree with a second reviewer who called it thin canvas. Again, what do you expect for twenty-two dollars? For what it's worth, I would purchase again if needed.
