I read a ton of reviews before buying anything. Which might be a little overkill in buying a changing table. I purchased this table for first kid, who is now 5.5 months old.
Pros:
1) Extremely easy to put together
2) Glad we purchased one with compartments to store diapers etc...
3) It actually looks pretty good
4) It's sturdy and I'm confident it will last through our future kids.
5) The cushion is more than sufficient. Honestly my kid loves laying on this thing and having his diaper changed go figure. I remember some reviews complaining that the mattress is too thin. Which I don't understand since your kid isn't sleeping on it.
Con
1) It could be a little higher. But I don't think any changing tables come much taller. I'm tall, my wife is tall. Of course bending over for period of time eventually hurts your back. But as a new parent I quickly learned to change diapers in record time, and it's really not an issue.

This changing table was the only one I found that could fit comfortably in my small apartment. I love that it has a built-in hamper and removable drawers as well as a nice wood frame. One additional feature I didn't notice when I added it to our baby registry was the changing pad. It's about 1/2 inch thick and fits snugly in the top of the table. I had requested a separate changing pad to fit on top and am now thinking about returning it. In case you're considering getting an additional pad, you should know that the inner dimensions of the top are approx. 31.5 inches long by 17.5 inches wide.
The major drawback to this table, as others have mentioned, is the laborious and often frustrating assembly. It is definitely a two-person job and should be undertaken when you have a solid hour or two to dedicate to the task.

I didn't want to just tie down the changing pad to an existing dresser we had as it did not feel safe to me. This changing table is sturdy, looks great and has ample storage. Only thing extra I wish it had was a small shelf right aligned with the top of the table to put items you use in every change - a few diapers, creams, wipes, hand sanitizer, etc. I solved this by pulling it a foot away from the wall and buying some plastic drawers that were the same height and putting it up next to the changer.
