The assembly for the changing table was relatively quick and easy. I've built a lot of furniture like this in the past, and this assembly was no more difficult than most others. Once assembled, the changing table seemed sturdy and looked exactly like the picture. Obviously the "drawers" are just a canvas material with a few cardboard inserts, but they look OK and are easy to access. There's lots of room for storage, and I like that everything isn't sitting out on a shelf, which could be both unsightly and a hazard once baby starts crawling/walking. (Not that the drawers couldn't be pulled out, but with things tucked away there's less chance that they'll be found.)
Long story short: It's a baby changing table. I'll use it for a few years and then get rid of it. It does the job.

We got this for our first little boy and loved it. It's beautiful, matches our crib, and is plenty big enough. I love that the drawer is removable so I can bring it to the living room while I fold laundry while my little man plays. My only qualm is that the drawers are FOREVER falling off their track and looking junky if I'm in too much of a hurry to fix it. I wish they were just half an inch bigger! But, then again, this is our baby's only dresser, for cloth diapers, clothes, and sheets, so I use it all day long. But it sort of drives me crazy. Next baby I'll use this for the changing table and diaper table, but get real dresser to store clothes.
***update*** after a year, the drawers constantly falling through finally got to me and I was about ready to set the thing on fire. Instead, I went to Lowes and had them cut me some 19"X21" paneling board sheets. I just slid it into the drawer slot and the cloth drawers rest on top. I LOVE my dresser again!!!
