My husband and I saw the Westwood Design Brookline furniture in a local furniture and fell in love with it. We were hoping to find a better price and I was thrilled to see that amazon carried the furniture at a more reasonable price than the actual furniture store. However when we received the furniture I was extremely disappointed it was scratched and dented in several spots, we could tell that it was done during the manufacturing process not during shipping. Amazon was extremely helpful and shipped a new dresser and picked up the old one at no additional cost to us. I was disappointed once again with the second dresser which had a dented corner (it looked like the top piece had been dropped and they tried to patch and glue it, again damaged during manufacturing). Once again we contacted amazon and they sent us a third dresser and picked up the second dresser at no additional cost. I was disappointed once again when this once also appeared to have been dropped on one corner. We finally decided to settle and just kept the third dresser (I was extremely disappointed but tired of coordinating shipping/pick up dates for the furniture). We also ordered the crib and chest of drawers from this set. The crib also had scratches (minor compared to the dresser) so we just kept it. Either Westwood Design quality isn't worth what they charge for their furniture or they are selling the pieces that don't meet quality standards for in store purchases online.

This is a nice dresser/ changer with a great classic look. The piece we received had wooden knobs on the drawers, and did not have the metal knobs depicted in the picture online. (Just a heads up as we didn't care strongly either way.)
The dresser is delivered basically assembled, aside from the changer piece which needs to be attached separately.
Amazon contracted the delivery through a company called "CEVA logistics", a freight delivery company based in Baltimore (we are in the DC metro region). CEVA gave us a 10am-2pm delivery window and were not here until 530pm!! That was frustrating. Once they were here the two delivery men did their best to get it up our stairs which was not an easy task, so I do appreciate that.
All in all, we are satisfied with our dresser/ changer.
