I love the dresser. The quality is great, the drawers slide smoothly and are roomy. Bottom of the drawers are very sterdy.
However, I had a problem with delivey. It was damaged during the process, because only one man came to deliver 175+ lbs shipment. Also, it wasn't packaged properly. No bubble wraps or any sort of protection. Only corners had cardboard protectors.
One side of the dresser had a quarter inch gap when I opened it. Getting a replacement was very fast, efficient ,and hassel free, but the second one had a quarter size dent on the front of the dresser top.
I was upset, but decided to keep it. It was free shipping to begin with who can guarantee the next one would be damage free? I don't think they would've made any money if I return the second one.
