Looks Great - Quality not so much

I purchased this item because it looked great on the picture and the reviews weren't bad. When the package arrived - the instructions on how to assemble it were terrible. There's 1 picture with 20 arrows pointing to it, each arrow is labeled a, b, c, ....etc. The 3 shelves are NOT the same size as the Top one is different from the bottom two. This is not specified anywhere in the instructions. So you won't know if you put it together correct until the very end. Same goes for the screws that come with it - unless you are examining the pictures on the instructions with a magnifying glass - it does not specify that you have to use short screwed on the top shelf and longer screws on the bottom two.

If you use an electric screwdriver - as we did - be careful as the wood splits in half very easily if you screw it in just a tad over.

The table is on the heavier side and seems to be sturdy enough for baby although the shelves could you use more support underneath them to withstand the weight of an older baby whose around 30-35 lbs.

This changing table is working really well for us. It's sturdy, the drawer is perfect for the diaper-changing necessities and the shelves are good for extra storage (of lighter items since that part is not real wood). The instructions that came with it were terrible - for a different model, in fact. One of the pieces had the holes drilled on the wrong side but my husband improvised well. Finding a changing table to match our crib that was real wood was challenging for us and this one is just what we were looking for.
