I read all the bad reviews and decided that it wasn't a big deal. I am really not a complainer, so i figured this wouldn't apply to me. Boy were we wrong. My husband (who is really good at putting things together, i'm not just saying this) could not put this crib together because the two ends were alligned wrong. so he had to put a claim in with stork craft to get a one of the parts that the allignment was wrong with. They then after a week DENIED the claim. We had to take video and walk them thru what was wrong. They finally approved the order. When the crib arrived, it was more then 4 weeks later when we finally had everything we needed to put it together when the new part arrived. Was not very happy. Customer service was a joke and near impossible to get good help from. They need better quality control or something...because you could tell they had lots of claims on their bad products.

I bought a convertible Stork Craft crib and it worked fine as a crib and as a daybed but when I tried to convert into the bed the foot board would not fit the bed frame. The foot board was far too wide so the screws would not align with the pre-inserted nuts. I took pictures and went back and forth with Stork Craft customer service representatives and their response was essentially, "Too Bad". All I wanted was a replacement part but they told me that I would have to pay for it.
They sold me a defective product and even though I sent them documentation verifying that the piece they sold me was the wrong size they still would not take responsibility. If you buy Stork Craft you should be prepared that the pieces won't fit and the company won't try to rectify the problem. Be warned - Stork Craft does not stand by their products or their warranty. It's definitely worth spending a little bit extra for a better brand.

Let me first say I always put reviews that I think people will find helpful. Especially on a item that works like it should. This crib = HORRIBLE.
Please pay the extra few hundred or 50 or whatever amount and buy a different crib.
This crib was missing parts and came broken and the box was fully in tact. This crib is not sturdy even after putting it together correctly. Amazon was nice to process the return smoothly, but as far as the crib itself do no buy trust me!
We went the same day to Burlington Coat Factory and bought a $900.00 crib for 300 and it is real wood and smells like real wood. The Stork Craft crib is not real wood its loose boards were just painted over by other products and the materials are cheap.
