We currently share our bedroom with our baby and this makes things much easier for us. The space below is big enough to hold three storage baskets per shelf. for the design it is sturdy EXCEPT the wheels at the bottom. The wheels do not lock in, they slide in and you are somehow suppose to slide them in at the same time holding them up. They are also the cheep crappy kind of wheels that break quickly under pressure. I just dont use the damn things. Short of that its perfect.

I bought this Dressing Table because of its fantastic price and it looked exactly alike with the crib my baby got as a gift from her Great Grandpa a Muniré Rockport Crib that is a lot more expensive. I hated other changers that were big pieces of furniture and would be either a big bulk or useless by the time she stopped using diapers. This was neither.
I bought it when I was still pregnant and kept it in her nursery. By the time she was born we co-sleeped for a few weeks, which meant she slept in Mommy's room: I could fit this next to a wall and still have enough space to go around it and my room is quite small that only fits the bed and bed tables before having a tiny space to go into the bathroom. In this table I could fit boxes with baby clothes, a container for dirty laundry, diapers, and other necessities and have the rest of my room baby free. Once it was time it returned to her room and because there she had a closet, I could use this furniture for the diaper bag and have even some space to put 3 circo fabric drawers in the bottom to put some of her toys and extras. When she is older we are going to use it to have fabric drawers with her toys instead of a toy chest. It will fit 9 different ones which means a lot of toys and love that it can be moved to other rooms in the house with the wheels and it can come back to her room when she is done playing.
The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that she sometimes puts her hand between the small matress that came with it and the wood. It scares me a bit that it might one day get stuck, so if you want to you can invest in a better matress and because it will be taller that problem will go away. A word of caution, it is not good furniture, it is furniture good enough to last for its use and period, the price does resemble the quality but still looks nice. But I won't die if my kids destroy it or paint it or something happens to it. People think it is a match to the crib even though I know that the price difference.

Based on the good reviews I went with this changing table and I'm a bit disappointed. It does the job but: 1) It's not very sturdy. 2) The changing pad slides so I had to stick it with Velcro to the table. 3) The paint has marked up my wall so I put a towel in between. 4) My son sticks his arm underneath the bar and has cried cuz he doesn't know how to move it out. So, ehh it's okay..I wish I would have spent a bit more and bought something else. Darn
