We have received this as a gift for our newborn son. Thanks to the great service of FedEx, they delivered the package rang the doorbell and left before my pregnant wife (8.5 Months) could answer the door, leaving her to move this huge package by herself.
When I got home, I began to assemble it. The directions are crammed into about 3 pages (about 8 steps) which is fine since Im mechanically inclined. So its no big deal for me, but may pose a problem for someone else. The product was packed properly but when I started to pull out a few pieces, I noticed scratch marks, chips and what looked like coffee stains on a few parts. I thought this was supposed to be a brand new product!? I assembled a few more pieces only to find out that one of the small wheels for the drawer was broken in half and the metal attachments that holds the screws for the drawers are able to fall out even after screwing them in. They sit loosly in the holes. As I continue even further, I noticed that the platform (Part labeled "K") is not in the package. So Im left with a half built product. We tried calling the customer service and all we were able to get is the message inbox is full. At this point Im not surprised. I want to know who is in charge of the quality assurance/quality control for their products as this is THE WORST product I have received from Amazon that is supposedly new. Honestly I would have been better of making a trip to the store. At this point I would not recommend this product.
One more thing; the pad that comes with it, that the baby is supposed to lay on, is thin. Like less than half an inch thick. Who is going to put their baby on something that thin? Youre better off with layers of blankets.

Called the company today (as they were supposed to call US yesterday)and was put on hold for 15 straight minutes. Was transferred multiple times until we finally got someone. The guy couldn't understand the fact that without the part that was needed, we couldn't finish building it. He acted like we wanted a replacement part after we specifically told him the part didnt come with the table. He eventually understands and said they are going to ship the part. We will see if it is the correct part.
**UPDATE** 4/22
So there has been no confirmation emailed of the platform to be shipped as well as no contact from this company for the missing piece. So I ended up going to Home depot and cutting MDF to make my own platform for the changing table. I would highly suggest staying away from this company and their products. They deserve no stars.
