First one that was delivered was damaged and missing pieces and instructions.
Amazon sent a second that was more damaged than the first, our UPS carrier refused to put it on his truck as the box was in such bad shape. Amazon then suggested we order a third Delta crib, a different model. Against better judgement we placed the order, that one came in another beat up box. It had clearly been unwrapped and re-packaged (as had our first order) and the back rail was splintered with a six inch slab ripped out. No hardware was included. Dangerous for baby in multiple ways -- such a disappointment.

It looks really nice and a perfect match for the Delta dresser I've got. But unfortunately I'm going through all the hassle to return it to Amazon, as I received it broken. Delta and/or Amazon need to improve shipping and handling, it's very inconvenient and frustrating going through all this. I wish I've got mine in a store....
I'm expecting to receive the replacement in 4 days, let's see how this works out. If get it broken again will just ask for my refund.
Update Mar-28: UPS already picked up the damaged crib and yesterday I've received the new one. The box was finally in perfect shape but the two front legs had manufacturing defects and the hardware package was opened, I had to search for the screws in the box. I called Delta and they mentioned this model is already 2 years old and it's not current anymore. To avoid all the hassle with another returning I've decided to accept them shipping two new front legs. I'm suppose to receive them 5-7 business days. I never thought it would so hard just to get a crib...
