Very very good.

I don't really know what differentiates between a good and a bad changing pad, but this one is perfect in my book. Cleans up easily thanks to the plasticy top layer, fits perfectly in my changing table, and its soft enough to make my son comfortable. He actually prefers laying on this than in his bassinet. Nothing to complain about on this baby.

This changing pad does its job, pretty comfy for babies to be changed there. However after barely 3 months of usage, the plastic cover already has holes in it. I would say it's an okay product for the price.

I had to replace my original flat thin changing table pad. I really like this thicker curved pad. My two year old son likes it and I am sure my baby on the way will too. I do not use the buckle as I am using it on my changing table. It is easy to clean up too.
