My daughter is almost 4 months old, and we love the Woombie donut! I am a baby wearer, and I do not have a car seat carrier (we just used a convertible car seat right from the start). I can see where someone might not appreciate the usefulness of the Woombie donut if you carry your baby around in the car seat carrier all the time. However, I take the Woombie with me lots of places and my daughter loves it. I'm lucky enough to have a flexible job, and I still bring her to work with me about 15-20 hours a week. When she is at my office, she is on the Woombie all the time. She plays on it, she sleeps on it, she has tummy time on it. She absolutely loves it. It is so soft and comfy -- I just lay her down on it and she goes right to sleep. Wish I could say the same about her crib!
Of course it has to have warnings about not being for sleep and not to put baby on her tummy. In this day and age, when everyone sues over everything, companies can't be too careful. And of course I would not let her sleep on her tummy on the Woombie, but she sleeps on her back on it all the time when she is at work with me(see my customer photo).
My daughter has been able to roll from her back to her tummy since she was 8 weeks old, but she does not roll on the Woombie. It's just so comfy that she just lays there happily. And she is a fussy, colicky baby so it's really a miracle to be able to lay her down anywhere and not have her cry.
The Woombie donut has been a lifesaver for me -- it has allowed me to continue bringing her to work far longer than I expected. And I can't express how much that means to me, especially since she cries all day when she is not with me. I can't say enough good things about the Woombie!

So comfortable for baby, like a big fluffy pillow. I love that if folds up and is portable, and that it doesn't cross containment the interior part with the part you put on the floor. Only downside is that it doesn't last very long as baby grows so fast (but that is true of any similar mat)

I love this Woombie mat. It's just perfect. My LO is 8 months now and she is too heavy to be on a bouncy seat and can sit by herself pretty good, so I use it around the house when I'm doing chores, I can hold the baby and the doughnut and move it along wherever I'm going and she has a secure and clean place to play at. I also take it to work with me (I mostly work at home, I work for my husband and sometimes I need to go to the office and I take the baby with me) I haven't used it for napping yet, I tried once but she wasn't happy, it was too hot. But for playing on it, it's great.
