I bought this changing pad orginally for my changing table (obviously) but at 18 months I have never used the changing table! This contoured pad though rarely left my side the first 9 months. It was light weight so I could carry it easily up and down the stairs to where ever we were going to be. My baby hated the swing, bouncy seat and all those other infant go to items BUT LOVED to be next to me on the couch or anywhere on this pad!! The contour sides made it perfect as I didn't have to worry about her rolling off and fit everywhere - including in the co-sleeper bassinet next to our bed. This product was a life saver and has been my gift of choice to all my mom-to-be friends! I highly recommend this for everyone :-) The "Carters Super Soft Dot Changing Pad Cover" fit it perfectly and made it super soft and cuddly! Best of luck!

I purchased this name brand changing table pad because is was a SERTA, and Serta has a good name and reputation for quality and long lasting products. They were purchased as gifts for the top of a changing table for my 2 daughters, who had babies 4 months apart. The pad is fine. It has held up very well. Well worth the money, to buy the best pad you can afford. This contour keeps the baby cuddled in the middle of the pad, but it won't prevent the baby from rolling!!!!

IF YOU ARE LEFT HANDED READ ON: It is the Strap, that is the problem. It is made for right handed people, this issue might not seem like a problem, but if you are Left handed, it's a big issue, lefties (need) want the strap to work the opposite way! So be AWARE, and adjust.
