As the previous reviewer mentioned, these pads are lifesavers. You can cover whatever flat surface you're faced with to change your baby; and if the baby has an accident during the process, the pad locks the liquid in and doesn't make a mess. I use it exclusively for diaper changes and highly recommend that you purchase the 20 pack. It is cheaper than the 10 pack and although the pads aren't as HUGE, they are still are large enough to get the job done.

These pads are a lifesaver for the changing table, to avoid having to wash the changing pad cover all of the time. I also keep a few of these in the diaper bag, because the changing tables in restaurants can be pretty filthy sometimes. It is much more sanitary to be able to just throw this away afterwards...

I originally purchased the multi-use pads as burp cloths but when my baby arrived I quickly found myself using them as diaper changing pads and other messes throughout the house. The pads are thin and feel like a mix of paper and cloth but are super absorbent. There is a very slight texture but overall feels soft and gentle for baby's skin.
I have a Summer Infant contoured changing pad and a cloth cover, after the first few accidents, I started putting the Munchkin pads on top. The multi-use pads are large enough to cover most of the changing pad; covers about 3/4 of the length and most of the width. Since I started using the Munchkin pads no more accidents, the paper absorbs all the liquid quickly before it got on the cloth pad cover. My baby has spit up while being changed and the multi-use pads caught that quickly as well. Since the muli-use pads are soft and cloth feeling, they are perfect to use when you have to use the travel changing pad, throw the multi-use pad on top, quick, easy clean up and feels nice too.
Since the multi-use pads have a nice leaf pattern and are so asorbent, I found myself using them throughout the house on areas that have liquid spilled on them or just general messes, such as a placemat on the highchair table. The mess is absobed and you can just throw the pad away when it gets too dirty, depending on the mess, you can re-use a few times.
