It comes with a "toweling liner" that is kind of ridiculous. It is the size of a hand towel, and it isn't waterproof, so if your baby has an accident, it leaks through it easily. I wouldn't purchase any of these extra liners from Cariboo ($$$), but I do recommend the Snoozy Organic Flannel Cotton Waterproof Multi Use Pad - 2 Pack. They work very well with it.
