I am so excited to use this product for my baby. The reason I gave a 4 out of 5 is because the set-up is harder than expected. All four sides have a safety lock that did not lock into place with an easy tug. Instead it took about 30 minutes and help from my 5 year old to get all four sides to turn green on the safety locks. With that being said I do not recommend you put it together yourself, while pregnant. Wait for your husband to come home.
Everything else is a positive. The mattress is not too hard like other play yards I saw. It has a nice little cushion on it, so your little one will not be uncomfortable while sleeping. This was important for us because the baby will be using it until we move in about a year. I would suggest buying a removable mattress pad to put over it though. The mattress covering itself does not come off and while the mattress is removable, it will need to be hand washed each time an accident happens. Just a heads up.
The changer that attaches is rather nice. It does not slouch towards the middle like other models. It also has high sides so the baby cannot fall out. The large storage on the side is also useful. I put the hanging toys near to the changing table because I want to be able to lay my sleeping baby in there without waking him/her up. Overall I am pleased with this product. Not sure if I will use the carrying case it comes with. I may just buy a rolling duffle bag that it will fit in. Hope this helps.

Nice and roomy, changing basket feature is perfect. The compartment basket fits large wipes container, a half dozen diapers on one side and all the lotions, etc. on the other. Everything at my finger tips....no leaving baby alone. Color is pleasing. The bassinet feature is wonderful, good size.

I bought this item to use as a secondary cot downstairs in our living room. It does everything it is supposed to and our daughter likes it. However, when putting it up the sides can be a bit stiff. We found it is much easier to first erect the sides, then the center support for the base. I would definitely recommend this play yard.
